Your Follow Up visit is critical for trouble-shooting challenges, assessing progress and tweaking the plan so that it's working best for you. Any time we make lifestyle changes, questions and challenges come up. Bring these to your Follow Up Session so that you are maximizing your efforts on your health journey. Often times, making too many changes at once is impractical and overwhelming. Therefore, it often makes sense to add in additional changes, supplements or lifestyle recommendations as you progress toward your goals.
